Job Title: Insurance Program & Member Services Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Roseville, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

We're partnering with a well-established organization that serves a highly respected sector in California. They're seeking an experienced Insurance Program & Member Services Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on supporting insured members, managing policy data, and assisting with program administration.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial lines underwriting who enjoys combining analytical work with client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, interpret, and process insurance policy information and coverage documentation
Prepare certificates, endorsements, and support materials for members
Analyze risk data and support the renewal process for insurance programs
Review contracts for risk transfer and provide coverage recommendations
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external members to resolve questions
Track member inquiries, support onboarding, and participate in outreach efforts
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of underwriting or commercial insurance experience
Strong understanding of property and liability insurance
Confident reviewing contracts and evaluating risk exposures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000-$130,000 depending on experience
